Ramin Namiq oglu Guluzade has been appointed Chief of Staff to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree in this regard, Report informs.
Notably, earlier, Ramin Guluzade has been dismissed from the post of the Minister of Transport, Communications, and High Technologies.
