Prosecutor General's Office of Azerbaijan holds int’l conference in Lachin

The Prosecutor General's Office of Azerbaijan is holding an international conference in Lachin titled "National Leader Heydar Aliyev is the author of the Constitution of Independent Azerbaijan," Report informs.

The conference is attended by Azerbaijani Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev, Yuri Nikolayevich Zhdanov, Executive Secretary of the Coordination Council of Prosecutors General of the CIS, and his deputy Abdurakhmon Khotambekov. Also present are Ahmet Gokay Aktas and Mustafa Yakar from the Prosecutor of the Court of Cassation of Türkiye, Temur Tsindeliani from the International Cooperation Department of Georgia’s Prosecutor General’s Office, along with other distinguished guests.

By the Decree of the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, dated December 28, 2024, the year 2025 has been declared the “Year of Constitution and Sovereignty” in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
