President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on measures to improve the quality of vocational education in correctional facilities.
According to Report, the decree emphasizes the crucial role of quality vocational training in prisons for facilitating the social adaptation of individuals released from these institutions and consistently meeting the labor market's demand for skilled workers.
