Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order to award several servicemen of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the highest military rank of "major general," Report says.
According to the decree, the below-mentioned servicemen of the Defense Ministry were awarded the highest military ranks "major general."
