President allocates funds for completion of construction works at Ganja Memorial Complex

President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order allocating funds for the completion of construction and installation works at the Ganja Memorial Complex, as well as for organizing a museum exposition.

Report informs that, according to the order, 10.5 million manats have been allocated from the 2025 President’s Reserve Fund to the State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture. This funding aims to commemorate the memory of civilians who lost their lives in Ganja and other residential areas during the 44-day Patriotic War and to reflect the realities of the war.
