PM Asadov calls Zangazur corridor 'strategic' in uting entire Turkic world

Further strengthening of coordination among the member states of the Organization of Turkic States, simplification of border-customs procedures, implementation of digital solutions, and harmonization of tariff policies will further increase the competitiveness of the Middle Corridor, Azerbaijan's Prime Minister Ali Asadov said at the meeting of the Heads of Government/Vice President of the Member States of Organization of Turkic States (OTS).

According to him, the implementation of the Zangazur corridor is also of great importance in this context:

"The importance of this project is not limited only to ensuring unimpeded connectivity between the main part of Azerbaijan and the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. This project is also of strategic importance in terms of uniting the entire Turkic world and opening new transport and communication opportunities for the broader region as a whole."
