Over 2,000 people arrive in Azerbaijan for permanent residence in H1

A total of 2,085 people arrived in Azerbaijan for permanent residence in January-June 2026, according to the State Statistical Committee, cited by Report.
During the same period, 1,159 people were registered as leaving the country.
As a result, Azerbaijan recorded a positive migration balance of 926 people in the first half of the year.
