Armenia's mine terrorism prevents the full protection of the rights of citizens, Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) Sabina Aliyeva said in her speech at the round table on "Ensuring citizens' right to vote," Report informs.
According to her, the population of Fuzuli was 120,000 before the occupation, but Armenians buried 90,000 mines in these areas: "I'm just citing Fuzuli as an example. However, this kind of terrorism has been committed in other areas of our country, too."
