Official: Total area of designed territory of Garakhanbayli village is 316 hectares

The total area of the planned territory for Karakhanbayli village in Fuzuli district is 316 hectares, Leyla Sarabi, spokesperson for the Restoration, Construction, and Management Service in Aghdam, Fuzuli, and Khojavand districts of Azerbaijan, told Report.
According to her, the initial phase of the project includes the construction of 1,479 individual houses.
"In the first stage, 87 hectares will be developed. A total of 404 private houses will be built, including 2-, 3-, and 5-room homes. The plan also includes a school for 528 students, a kindergarten for 120 children, and a medical center," she added.
