The decrease in the water level in the Caspian Sea is causing serious environmental disasters, Azerbaijani MP Fazil Mustafa said at today's plenary session of the Milli Majlis.
Report quotes Mustafa as saying the decrease in the water level in the Caspian Sea is seriously affecting the fishing industry:
"Although this is good in terms of the creation of artificial land areas, we need the Caspian as a sea. We should take this issue with the regional states as the most important strategic course."
