Mikayil Jabbarov: Just say NO to fascism

"I respectfully commemorate the victims of the Khojaly genocide, and I ask God to bless all our martyrs," Azerbaijani Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov said on a social network account.
The Minister also called on the world community to condemn these events:
"The Khojaly genocide is a grave crime against humanity and will never be erased from our memory. Justice for Khojaly. Just say no to fascism."
