First Vice President of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva shared on her Instagram page on the occasion of the liberation of Kalbajar from occupation.
Report informs that the sharing reads:
"Dear compatriots!
I sincerely congratulate you on a significant event - the liberation of the Kalbajar region from occupation! May our Glorious Victory bring abundant joy, smiles, happiness, peace, and tranquility to every home and family! May Almighty God protect our people, our Motherland, and our President! Karabakh is Azerbaijan!"
