Mazahir Panahov announces time for preliminary results of elections

Chairman of the Central Election Commission Mazahir Panahov announced the time when the preliminary results of the snap presidential elections will be announced.

According to Report, preliminary results can be announced at 9 pm (GMT+4).

"Based on all our experience, we can say that we will announce the preliminary results at 9 pm (GMT+4)."

The CEC chairman noted that on February 9, they will announce the preliminary but unofficial results: "Later, we will conclude the elections and prepare the protocols. After that, we will send the results of the elections to the Constitutional Court."
