In what cases will Azerbaijani citizens have to pass PCR testing when leaving abroad?

There are two requirements when entering Azerbaijan and when leaving abroad. "If an Azerbaijani citizen, who leaves the country, is vaccinated, there is no need for him to take a PCR test. If he is not vaccinated, he needs to take a PCR test. However, if the country of destination requires a PCR test result, everyone, whether vaccinated or not, must pass the PCR test. Otherwise, the recipient country won't let them in," he added.
