Ilham Aliyev awards Selcuk Bayraktar with Karabakh order

"I am very honored and proud to be awarded the Karabakh Order by the President of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev," Selçuk Bayraktar, Chief Technology Officer of the Turkish company Baykar, who is on a visit to Baku, said on Twitter, sharing a photo with President Ilham Aliyev.
Today, Ilham Aliyev has presented the Karabakh Order to Bayraktar.
