On October 4, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva attended the groundbreaking ceremony for a residential neighborhood consisting of 470 apartments to be built for former internally displaced persons in Agdam city, Report informs, citing the Press Service of the head of state.
