Grigory Karasin: Election organized in open format and at satisfactory level

The observation mission of the Russian parliament has held a press conference on the results of the snap presidential election, Report informs.
The head of the delegation Grigory Karasin hailed the organization of the election in an open format and at a satisfactory level. He said that he had monitored about 9 polling stations in Baku.
“People were waiting for their turn to vote and they had smiles on their faces. This was a very important moment. I was pleasantly surprised that the election process was held in buildings with spacious halls. The elections were organized in a responsible manner and within an authorized framework. Good conditions were created for all international observers,” Grigory Karasin said.
