"Parliamentary elections are currently the main topic on the current agenda," Saadat Yusifova, Deputy Head of the Department for Work and Communication with NGOs of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration, said.
Report quotes her as saying that 2019 will make history as a year of radical reform in Azerbaijan: "Current reforms differ from previous ones in quantity and quality. These changes will have a positive impact on all institutions of society."
