Chairman of CEC: People of Armenian origin can vote as citizens of Azerbaijan

People of Armenian descent can participate in voting as citizens of Azerbaijan, the Chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC), Mazahir Panahov, told journalists, Report informs.
According to him, the main thing is the voter, and there is no difference between them: "Women, men, people living abroad, and citizens of Azerbaijan have the same right to vote. All national minorities who are citizens of Azerbaijan have the same rights. None of them has an advantage."
