The ASAN service has evolved into a platform for public-private partnership, said Ulvi Mehdiyev, Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of Azerbaijan, Report informs.
In an interview with Baku TV, the chairman explained that the main goal is to ensure citizen satisfaction: "For example, a citizen may come here for one issue, but at the same time can access banking, insurance, legal, translation, and other services. In short, by visiting one building, a person can solve several problems at once."
Mehdiyev noted that over the next five years, the agency aims to expand service diversity and further digitalize processes, particularly by leveraging opportunities created by artificial intelligence.
He also revealed details about the AI assistant called Mister ASAN: "This assistant sends me weekly emails about processes at ASAN service – including applications received, average waiting and service times, and other matters. It even provides recommendations based on its observations. We discuss these suggestions and make decisions to deliver services more efficiently."
