Azerbaijanis stranded abroad will have to pay to return home

"Azerbaijani citizens have been evacuated from abroad to the country at the government's expense during the first days when the quarantine regime was imposed, and flights were suspended. More than 10,000 citizens were evacuated to the country during this period, Ibrahim Mammadov, spokesman for the Cabinet of Ministers said, Report informs.
"From now on, the citizens will be evacuated to the country on a paid basis," her said.
