Azerbaijani, Russian MES discuss restoration of electricity, gas and communication

Commander of the Civil Defense Troops of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Abdullayev met with Vladimir Solovyov, Chief of the International Activities Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation, in Shusha on November 20.

The Azerbaijani MES told Report that the meeting focused on humanitarian issues in the Nagorno-Karabakh region of Azerbaijan, including the restoration of electricity, gas supply, and communication lines.

The parties agreed to maintain regular contacts in order to continue cooperation.
