Azerbaijani President allocates $4.1M for reconstruction of Zigh-Hovsan highway

President Ilham Aliyev signed an order on the allocation of 7 million manats ($4.1 million) to the State Agency of Azerbaijan Automobile Roads for the completion of the reconstruction of the Zigh-Hovsan highway, which connects two residential areas of the Surakhani district of Baku city with 58,000 inhabitants, Report informs.
