Azerbaijani leader speaks about heroism of young people in war

“Young people who took part in the war and showed heroism should be an example for the new generation with their deeds,” Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said while answering questions from young people at the Youth Forum, Report informs.

“Today, our heroic youth, awarded by the state with high orders and medals, have become an example for children at a young age, at the age of 18, 20, 25, 30, 35. They understand this high responsibility and should behave in such a way that this high responsibility is always on them, that children and teenagers look at them and want to be like them. Tens of thousands of young Azerbaijanis who took part in the war and showed heroism now have this responsibility, and I am sure that young people understand this and will be an example for the new generation with their actions,” the head of state said.
