Azerbaijan expelled 1,309 foreign nationals in January-August

The State Migration Service of Azerbaijan has issued a total of 14,934 administrative decisions regarding violations of migration legislation in the first eight months of 2025, Report learned.

According to the state agency, during the specified period, 1,309 foreign nationals were administratively expelled from the territory of Azerbaijan, and their re-entry into the country has been restricted for a legally defined period.
