Azerbaijan adopts financial inclusion program for 2027–2030

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has approved the State Program on Expanding Financial Inclusivity for 2027-2030, according to a corresponding decree, Report informs.

The Central Bank has been recommended to carry out coordination and oversight of the implementation of measures stipulated by the State Program, as well as to provide annual updates on the work carried out in connection with the implementation of the State Program, including the status of execution of the measures stipulated in the State Program.

Monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of measures stipulated in the State Program will be carried out by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication on behalf of the Central Bank.

The Ministry of Finance, together with the Central Bank, will take the necessary measures to ensure that the state budget forecasts for 2027–2030 include the funds required for the implementation of measures whose financing is stipulated by the State Program from state budget funds.
