Karimov highlighted the intention to involve foreign investors in the city's ongoing reconstruction and development: "Work is currently underway in this direction. A special document is being prepared for the creation of modern tourism and sanatorium-resort facilities. I believe that after this, foreign investors will begin investing in the city."
