Armenian resident of Khankandi: 'I have never had any problems with Azerbaijanis'

Valodya Stepanyan, an Armenian resident of Karabakh, said that he has not yet decided about whether to return to Khankandi or not.
"I am 63 years old and single. I lived in Khankandi. I haven't made a concrete decision about returning yet," he told Report.
Stepanyan said that he once worked together with Azerbaijanis: "At that time, our chief was Dadashov Nazir, he was very kind to me. I have not had any problems with you."
