New assistant appointed to First Vice-President of Azerbaijan

An order to appoint a new assistant to the First Vice-President of Azerbaijan has been signed in Azerbaijan.
Report informs that, in line with the order, Andrey Sipilin has been appointed Assistant to First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva.
