Ambassador: 'When the time comes, the Turkish consulate will be opened in Shusha'

In order to open a consulate in Khankandi, the city needs to be ready, Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Cahit Bagci, told journalists, Report informs.

"We applied for opening a consulate in Shusha. The two countries are in talks regarding this issue," he said adding the consulate will be opened "when the time comes."
