Ali Asadov: Preparation of second State Program of Great Return launched

Work has begun on the preparation of the of the Second State Program of Great Return, planned for 2027–2030, Prime Minister Ali Asadov said at a special government session dedicated to the results of President Ilham Aliyev’s visit to the United States.

According to Report, he noted that under the successfully implemented First State Program (2022–2026), large-scale restoration and construction work is underway in these territories, modern infrastructure is being developed, and necessary conditions are being created for sustainable settlement and economic reintegration of the region:

“President Ilham Aliyev, together with First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva, inspecting our liberated lands step by step and inch by inch over these years, has directly overseen the grand construction projects. Heads of state and government visiting Azerbaijan recently also typically tour our liberated territories and note the large-scale work being carried out under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev.”
