Participants of the 6th Summer Camp for Diaspora Youth have visited the city of Shusha.
According to the State Committee on Work with Diaspora, the visit began at Isa Spring and continued to Jidir Duzu.
The group was introduced to the city’s rich history and cultural landmarks, including the Yukhari Govhar Agha Mosque, the “bullet-ridden monuments,” the Ganja Gates of the Shusha Fortress, the House Museum of Khurshidbanu Natavan, and the Khan Gizi Spring.
The youth received detailed information about the history of each site, their architectural significance, and the destruction they suffered during the occupation period.
The camp, which runs from August 3 to 9, hosts 128 young participants from 61 different countries.
