Head of Azerbaijani Diaspora in Russia dies

Chairman of the Confederation of Azerbaijani Diaspora Organizations of Russia, academician Fazil Gurbanov has died at the age of 76, Report informs.
Gurbanov was born in 1944 in Baku.
He was a doctor of medical sciences, a professor, and a corresponding member of ANAS (2014).
In 2016, Gurbanov was elected chairman of the All-Russian Azerbaijani Congress.
