Azerbaijan, Türkiye sign MoU on diaspora policy cooperation

The State Committee on Work with Diaspora of Azerbaijan and the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB) under Türkiye's Ministry of Culture and Tourism have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation in diaspora policy.

According to Report's Turkish bureau, the main purpose of the signed document is to establish cooperation between the two countries in diaspora affairs.

According to the MoU, Azerbaijan and Türkiye will strengthen efforts to build bilateral cooperation on diaspora issues, exchanging information and experiences.

Within this cooperation framework, the parties will also ensure reciprocal visits of delegations, organize joint programs, and hold meetings or conferences in appropriate formats related to the topic.
