Nine Senses Fest 2026 to feature first medical panel on healthy lifestyle

A special medical panel dedicated to disease prevention and healthy living will be held for the first time at the upcoming Nine Senses Fest 2026 (June 12–14), Director of the Nine Senses Art Center Natalya Zhukova said at a press conference.

According to Report, she noted that the new program will focus on health promotion and conscious lifestyle choices rather than treatment or clinical medicine.

"We are creating a medical panel not to talk about diseases, but to talk about health. Its main goal is to show people tools that help maintain well-being and quality of life," she said.

One of the speakers will be skin health expert Anna Balamay, who has more than 20 years of experience studying dermatology and natural recovery methods.

According to her, the panel will present both modern scientific research and traditional practices, some of which are increasingly being validated by contemporary science.

She also highlighted the importance of personal responsibility for health, noting that many preventive tools are accessible in everyday life and can be integrated into daily routines.
