Portuguese movie company screens film "Story of Khojali"

"Story of Khojali" was filmed by the Portuguese movie company Original Features.

According to Report, the screenwriter and director of the film is our compatriot Nadir Machanov. The film was produced by Portuguese director and producer Andre Badalo.

The film presents the horrors of the Khojaly genocide as a monologue.

The heroes of the film were played by actresses Aygun Fatullayeva and Natavan Abbasli. The music of the film, composed by Emil Hashimov, is dominated by ethnic sounds and national musical instruments.

"Story of Khojali" is not the first work of Nadir Machanov and Andre Badalo. They also worked together on the film project "Baku, I love you."
