New staff appointments made at Azerbaijan's Ministry of Culture

The First Deputy Minister of Culture, Acting Minister Adil Karimli signed relevant orders on new appointments to the Ministry of Culture, Report informs.
Thus, Khanlar Agalarov was appointed head of the Ministry Administration.
Jahangir Salimkhanov and Oleg Arnoldovich Amirbayov were designated advisers by another order.
