Minister: Promotion of Azerbaijani culture abroad is priority

Thanks to the far-sighted policy of the founder of modern Azerbaijani statehood, Heydar Aliyev, Azerbaijan has become one of the economically most advanced countries in 30 years, Culture Minister Anar Kerimov said at a conference “Model of Azerbaijan’s Development: Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow,” Report informs.

“We are Azerbaijanis who have restored our territory, and this is a source of pride. But culture is of no less importance, since its development also contributes to the construction of strong Azerbaijan. Therefore, our other priority is to promote Azerbaijani culture abroad,” he noted.
