Ilham Aliyev appoints new head of Civil Service

President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree to appoint a new head of the State Service for Protection, Development, and Restoration of Cultural Heritage under the Ministry of Culture.
Report informs that by the order, Azad Mahyaddin Jafarli was appointed head of the Civil Service.
