Also on display are examples of decorative and applied arts, including carpet weaving, embroidery, metalwork, and elements of national dress from the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
Amina Malikova, Director of the National Carpet Museum, told Report that for the first time, selected exhibits from the museum's collection, including pile and flat-woven carpets, kelaghayis (traditional, four-cornered Azerbaijani silk headscarves), and examples of patchwork, are being displayed as part of the Days of Azerbaijani Culture in Turkmenistan.

The exhibits primarily date from the late 19th and early 20th centuries."
A stand displaying traditional and designer carpets from the carpet museum's collection also attracted the attention of visitors.
Malikova noted that carpet weaving is an important part of the cultural heritage and way of life of the Azerbaijani people, emphasizing its commonality with the traditions of the Turkmen people.
A fashion show titled "National Patterns in Modern Fashion" was also held as part of the exhibition.
The exhibition will be open until June 7.
