Eleven-meter rose in Shamakhi dedicated to constancy of love

An 11-meter rose-shaped composition titled "Love Against All Odds," installed at the Nasimi Gardens complex in Shamakhi, is dedicated to the constancy of love. Its details symbolize human life and inner world.

According to Report's correspondent in Shamakhi, co-author of the composition Sabit Zamanov said during a media tour following the president's footsteps that three sculptors worked on the composition.

"The 11-meter rose is associated with love, life and the inner world of a person. The bud separating from it symbolizes new life, the beginning of the future," he explained.

Zamanov said figures of two angels are placed on the rose's leaves, each carrying its own meaning.

"One angel represents love, life and beauty, while the other symbolizes capriciousness, a free spirit and contradictions. The main idea of the project is to convey the idea of the constancy of love," the co-author of the composition noted.
