A documentary film titled, The Creator, dedicated to the revival of Karabakh and East Zangazur has been presented.
Report informs that the screen work reflects key topics such as ensuring sustainable living for people, a new urban planning philosophy, and the construction of the smart city concept, which are priorities of the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13).
Chairman of the Azerbaijan Journalists Network Public Association Ayaz Mirzayev stated that the documentary film is dedicated to the 5th anniversary of the Patriotic War:
"'The Creator is a film about the Azerbaijani people. Our main goal was to realistically depict the restoration and construction work carried out in Karabakh and East Zangezur, as well as the results of the 'Great Return' process to these regions in the screen work. Of course, in keeping with the documentary film style, we could not help but include human destinies and the thoughts of creative people in the film. We believe that if we had to write a brief synopsis for this film, we would say exactly this – it is the story of a people who create a city from ruins, a future from memories, and pride from sorrow."
It should be noted that the filming of the documentary was carried out in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan – Aghdam, Khojaly, Shusha, Khankandi, Jabrayil, Fuzuli, Lachin, Kalbajar, and Zangilan.
