Azerbaijani, Turkmen horses may participate in international festivals together

Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan may see their national horse breeds participate jointly in international festivals.

According to Report, the issue was discussed during a meeting between President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov in an expanded format on August 22 in the city of Turkmenbashi.

It was noted that the potential joint participation of Turkmenistan’s Akhal-Teke horses and Azerbaijan’s Karabakh horses in international festivals was among the topics addressed.
