Azerbaijani, Turkmen dance ensembles perform in Arkadag

A joint concert of the Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan state dance ensembles was held as part of Azerbaijani Culture Days in Turkmenistan.

Report's correspondent dispatched to Turkmenistan informs that the event took place at the Gorogly State Equestrian Circus in the city of Arkadag.

Azerbaijan's Minister of Culture Adil Karimli, Turkmenistan's Deputy Minister of Culture Nursahed Shirimov, Azerbaijani Ambassador to Turkmenistan Gismat Gozalov, representatives of the culture ministries of both countries, cultural figures and media representatives attended the event.

The concert program featured a colorful composition of national dances from both countries.

Performances reflecting the rich cultural heritage of the Azerbaijani and Turkmen peoples were met with interest by the audience.

The event then continued with Turkmenistan's national horse show. Various acrobatic acts involving horses were demonstrated during the show.
