"Tahir Salahov represented Azerbaijan at a high level in the world. His personality, activity, and patriotism will never be forgotten," said Azerbaijani Minister of Culture Anar Karimov, Report informs.
"We will always remember him. I offer my condolences to Azerbaijani people and the family of the deceased," he said.
