Minister of Culture of Azerbaijan urge entrepreneurs not to touch historical monuments

Minister of Culture of Azerbaijan Abulfaz Garayev appealed to entrepreneurs and public representatives on protection of historical monuments.

Report informs that Azerbaijani Minister of Culture Abulfas Garayev said at a press conference on the results of the 43rd session of the UNESCO World Heritage Committee in Baku that historical monuments should be preserved.

"If any changes are made when historical monuments are put into service on contractual basis, for example, opening a window, it must be agreed with the state agencies. Ancestry must be preserved, " the Minister added.

A.Garayev called media representatives to be active in this direction.
