Mukhtar Babayev: Negative effects of climate change are felt worldwide

The negative effects of climate change are felt in every corner of the world, the Azerbaijani Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources, COP29 President-Designate Mukhtar Babayev said at the Baku Climate Action Week on Monday, Report informs.
According to Babayev, the natural disasters that have already occurred show how dangerous climate change is: "Adaptation to climate change is also in the spotlight."
The COP29 presidency also pays attention to the preparation of the Transparency Report: "Azerbaijan plans to submit the Transparency Report before COP29. Taking this opportunity, we call on other countries to submit such reports as well."
