Vietnamese official: Export of food products to Azerbaijan has increased

The export of spices, sauces, dried fruits, drinks, and other food products from Vietnam to Azerbaijan has increased, said the Vietnamese Trade Counselor in Russia, Duong Hoang Minh, Report informs.
According to him, besides Azerbaijan, there is an increase in exports to Russia, Belarus, Moldova, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan.
According to the statistics of the General Department of Vietnam Customs, due to the economic and political processes in the world, the value of trade turnover between Vietnam and the member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union decreased by 9.7% compared to 2021 and made up $13.3 billion in 2022, and in 9 months of 2023, it decreased by 6.5% to $9 billion.
