Public catering turnover in Baku exceeds 1 billion manats

The public catering turnover in Baku amounted to 1.007 billion manats ($592.35 million) in January–July 2025, according to the Baku City Statistics Department, Report informs.

This represents a real growth of 15.4% compared to the same period in 2024.

Legal entities accounted for 584.2 million manats ($343.6 million) of the total turnover, making up 58% of the overall figure.

For comparison, the public catering turnover across Azerbaijan rose by 14% in real terms, reaching 1 billion 495.9 million manats (291.7 million) in the first seven months of this year versus the same period in 2024.
