Protocol on cooperation in customs sphere between Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan approved

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has approved a Protocol on Cooperation in the Field of Customs Statistics of Mutual Trade between the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan and the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan, Report informs.

The head of state signed the corresponding decree.

According to the document, following the Protocol's entry into force, the State Customs Committee is instructed to ensure the implementation of its provisions.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan has been instructed to notify the government of Turkmenistan of the completion of the domestic procedures necessary for the Protocol's entry into force.
